· Drive commercial growth by identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities across media, content, digital, data, and licensing.

· Expand racing’s reach by enhancing content distribution, launching new digital experiences, and increasing audience access and engagement.

· Manage commercial contracts and financial performance, ensuring profitability, compliance, and accurate reporting.

· Lead and develop a high-performing team, championing collaboration, accountability, and Racing Victoria’s values across all activities.
