About the Role
We are currently seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Integrity Services Department (ISD) at RV. This role plays a key part in monitoring, updating, and improving compliance with both internal and external obligations across ISD.
Working closely with the ISD Management Team, you will coordinate and maintain ISD’s Compliance Framework, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert on compliance matters. Your work will be central to fostering a culture of good corporate governance, risk minimisation, and business transparency within the department and across the broader organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external obligations.
- Provide advice and drafting support on Integrity related compliance matters.
- Oversee and maintain ISD’s Risk Registers using RV’s governance, risk, and compliance software.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of RV policies within the Integrity Department.
- Maintain ISD’s Compliance Register, ensuring alignment with RV’s Compliance Framework.
- Lead periodic reviews of ISD policies, procedures, and guidelines to identify and implement practical improvements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Develop and coordinate compliance education and training for ISD team members.
- Prepare compliance and audit reports for senior management and external regulators.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and new technologies to enhance compliance efficiency.
- Act as the ISD contact point for compliance matters and build strong networks across the racing industry to promote governance and transparency.

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management standards.
- Demonstrated experience developing or managing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assess and interpret complex information.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and strong administrative and project management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
