Racing Victoria (RV) is one of Australia’s leading sporting organisations, and the independent governing body of thoroughbred racing in Victoria. We develop, promote, and manage the conduct of the racing of thoroughbred horses in Victoria to safeguard its integrity.
RV is looking for a suitably experienced VOBIS & Owner Program Coordinator for a 12 month fixed-term contract, with potential for a permanent role. This role will report to the VOBIS & Owner Program Manager and will be responsible for coordinating the design and delivery of key program and marketing communications activity for VOBIS and Owner programs. Consistently driving awareness, engagement, and interest in Victorian Thoroughbred breeding and ownership.
About you:
You are an experienced marketing or program coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced and hands on team environment. Some of the skills and experience you will have include:
- An understanding of marketing and communication
- An understanding of the racing and breeding industries
- Knowledge of designing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Be a proactive and forward-thinking individual.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to focus and demonstrated work ethic, with high integrity and professionalism.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
